On August 10th, 2006, John Halan and Marc Malooley gave a presentation to a group of engineers at the Legal Issues for Michigan Professional Engineers seminar in Ann Arbor, MI. The presentation focused on intellectual property rights for the professional engineer. Topics included protecting copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets.
