Few people can say that they dreamed about being a patent lawyer since they were teenagers. But Ron Nabozny knew a career in a patent law was right for him since he first learned about it in high school.

Ron has been an active practitioner since 1978 and still finds the variety of work in his patent practice to be exciting and intellectually stimulating. He has prosecuted patents in a wide range of fields including medical devices, satellite communications systems and metal pouring. He also has worked on a variety of trademark matters including negotiating and drafting licensing agreements for brand promotion in movies.

When clients cannot avoid litigation, even in foreign courts, he actively pursues a strategy of resolving the dispute in the most efficient manner possible by communicating within and outside of the procedural framework of the tribunal.
