Dalpreet comes to Brooks Kushman after working as a Patent Examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office where he examined patent applications in the Business Methods Arts. From this experience, Dalpreet developed a keen understanding of the complex patent laws and rules and uses this understanding in securing and protecting his client’s patent rights. Furthermore, he has first hand knowledge of Patent Office operations - knowledge that is a handy tool when negotiating with the Patent Office.
