Bruce Jagger received a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of New Mexico and his law degree from George Washington University. He was a Patent Examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for more than three years. He was admitted to practice law in California in 1962, and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. For most of his professional career, Mr. Jagger has represented clients in litigation before State and Federal Courts, and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in Patent and Trademark application matters. Early in his career, he was a criminal prosecutor in Orange County. Since entering private practice, the litigation matters for which he has represented clients have concerned, with few exceptions, patents or trademarks.
Mr. Jagger brings his over 35 years of experience as a litigator and client advisor, and over 50 years as a patent professional, to his patent and trademark application and prosecution practice.
He is a member of various professional and business organizations; he has been president of the Wilshire Bar Association and of the Culver City Rotary Club. He is also a founding member of the Los Angeles Intellectual Property American Inn of Court.
