Hilary Johns is a registered patent attorney specializing in patent searching for Brooks Kushman.  She performs searches for clients on patentability, invalidity clearance and state-of-the art.  Hilary specializes in mechanical, electromechanical and biomedical technologies.

Before coming to Brooks Kushman, Hilary worked as a patent analyst for an internationally recognized patent searching firm.  Hilary has previous experience examining international patent applications for the USPTO.  She is licensed to practice law in Michigan and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering.
